Meet Nicholas, The Frantic Chef

Nicholas is a 2012 graduate of Johnson & Wales University with degrees in both Food Service and Business. He quickly rose up the ranks in the kitchen, becoming a Head Chef in 2013. He worked in outstanding fine dining restaurants in New York and Connecticut, also consulting with others to help open successful restaurants. Today, Nicholas is an Executive Chef for the #1 ranked food service company in America, while continuing to be a consultant, private chef, instructor, and dad. He is looking forward to sharing his passion with his Culinary Entrepreneur Pod Cast. He is truly The Frantic Chef!
