From proper knife cuts to properly searing proteins, together we will create a 4 course dinner everyone will be proud of. – Class Starts at $38 per person.
From the Sea- This class is all about utilizing fresh seafood to create a custom 4 course menu. We will learn about what flavors work best with seafood, how to make an amazing crust on the skin of a fish, and more. – Class starts at $50 per person.
Mediterranean- Why not combine some of the best ingredients and cooking styles from coasts of the Mediterranean sea to make for one special night for you and your guests. This class is another 4 course adventure but comes with a great wine pairing option. -Class starts at $45 per person.
Asian- Indian spices, sushi, and stir fry. In this class we will take a look at some of the best flavors that Asia has to offer. This cuisine has a lot of different cooking techniques that we might not be accustomed to, however with practice these skills can truly bolster anyones kitchen prowess. – Class starts at $45 per person.
